People have asked me why we host or sponsor events, do so much work, to then donate proceeds to another non-profit...

It’s because we believe in giving. It’s not one good cause over another. We believe two good causes are better than one! We choose support organizations with core values which align with ours. Further, we strive to provide our community with events that benefit and better them, all while giving them a platform to give back as well. Increasing opportunity and the desire for philanthropy is another mission at My 1 Body 1 Life.
